Breaking Carb Habits is Hard to do... DAMMIT!! 3/21/2016 Greetings all or just to myself, The one thing I have noticed about myself is that the less I spend energy the less I crave carbohydrates. However the the more energy I do spend the more I have bad carb cravings. This is what I try to do but unfortunately I don't always accomplish it. If I do eat carbs I try to eat good carbs. Veggies, nuts and foods high in fiber. Not lately. Which sucks because I know better than to eat a lot of fried foods, breads and my all time favorite food... PIZZA! Healthy Carbs aren't always on hand for me to eat so I eat whatever. Not a good habit but I've learn to listen to my body. I do question myself if it's my body or my mind telling me I'm hungry. It isn't always easy to know what is what. This carb craving has been pretty bad the last week. Dale and I have been doing a lot of yard work almost everyday.
