My shoulder is Frozen and now I want Ice Cream.

Greetings all, as you may or may not know, I have been having some mobility issues with my right arm. My doctor referred me to a specialist to see if I needed surgery. Last Friday I went in to see a Steven Seeker to get his opinion on what is going on with my shoulder. He explained that I had what is called "Frozen Shoulder." He told me that it was Diabetes related. So I will be doing physical therapy for a undecided time to regain use of my right arm again. I am set to see Seeker again in a few weeks. I have to be honest. I still do not understand how this happen. I have no real idea of how my Type 2 Diabetes plays into this. It's a bit confusing but that is nothing new with Diabetes.
In other news... my morning readings has been much improved. I'm still fat but I won't let that drag me down. I have been trying hard to be a bit more proactive and less about wanting to give up. I've even decided to go back and take my GED test again and if that goes well I am going to take the SAT test for the first time. It is highly unlikely I will go back to school but I am doing this for personal reasons. It is something that has haunted me all my life.
So as you can see... I'm moving forward and trying hard to regain control over my health and my life.
I honestly feeling so excited about things! All I need now is a huge bowl of Strawberry Ice cream. :)
I will update in a few weeks on what is going on with the progress with my Frozen Shoulder thing and maybe I can post some information about how it is connected to Diabetes so you guys can research it yourselves.

Strange days.

Strange Days. 9/18/2016 Greetings all, well it has been a long while since I posted any updates on my health issues. Not much to say really. My fasting numbers still doing good and blood pressure is still stable. However I am having more issues with my vision. I go in the morning to see the eye doc. I'll be getting pictures on my eyes and such. My left eye is the one that is giving me the most problem. I know I have a bad stigma in the left eye and more than likely I will end up going blind in my left eye. I'm not sure what will happen or what he may tell me tomorrow. He may want to do eye surgery again but I'm not sure. For now I will just have to wait and see what the deal is. I also have gained some weight. About 20lbs. My own fault I know. Not sure what is going on in my head the last few months. I don't understand why I am doing all the wrong things when I know better. I have not given up. Another Quick Update

Another Quick Update 8/17/2014 Hey guys, For the last few days my blood sugar level is getting lower every day while my energy level is going up! This morning it was 109! I give credit to the Invokana increase and the low carb diet I am on. I'm pretty happy with the low numbers but at the same time I have to make sure I eat properly to avoid sugar crashes. It's always some balancing act to deal with when it comes to Diabetes isn't it? it's all good because for now.. I feel great. I am still waiting on the test results form the massive amounts of blood I spilled for the cancer center. I have a feeling they won't find anything but you never know. The doc says if everything comes out negative then it wants to send me to a specialist for Infectious diseases. He says there must be a reason why my white blood count is high. The last time my doc check my W.B.C it came in much lower...around 1300. The test before that it was 1700. If I understand it right... it should...

Good News Everyone!

Good News Everyone! 1/8/2016 I just got my lab results in and my A1C is 5.77 which is good and I am so relieved. I was worried about it being too high due to all the confusion with my meds. I am SO happy right now! That's my Good News Everyone... Have a great weekend...!
