It's October Homies!

Good AM/PM all, Just a quick update to share. So far my blood sugar seems to be decent. The Fasting readings have been a tad higher than normal but still manageable. I started my weight lifting routine again and so far that is going well. I decided to go slow and really pace myself in order for me to get the best workout I know how. I'd love to hire a trainer but I can't afford one. I have to base my information on what I can find on the internet and what I already know. I'm not 100% sure I am approaching this correctly but it's still a step towards getting more healthy. I hope!
A couple of days last week I experienced something that worried me a little. I woke up about 2 am in a sweat and feeling very confused. All I could do was check my sugar to see what was going on. Apparently my sugar had dropped down to the lower 60's. I made my way to the kitchen for some orange juice. Naturally that worked on increasing my B.S level. However that wasn't the end of the issue. For about two days my level never got any higher than 82. Which is really a good thing but my body isn't use to the low numbers. At least not for that long period amount of time. My sugar stayed around between 64 to 71 pretty consistently. I think all this may have happened because I was trying to go carbless. Clearly this plan wasn't a sensible idea. So I went back to 3 servings of healthy carbs a day and that seems to be keeping things in check and balanced.
You Live and Learn.
I am still having vision issues but I am also trying hard to not let it worry me too much. I know my eyes still need more time to heal and I am sure I will need new glasses. Focal Laser therapy is a tedious process but a necessary one.
All in all I have very little to bitch about. I know things could very well far worse than things are now. I feel pretty good right now and I am functioning well. The weather is getting cooler and Halloween will soon be here. It's all good. :)
Have a great October all!
