D-Rex Update
10/14/2016
Good AM/Pm all, Well it looks like all my bloodwork was great and even my A1C is still perfect. D-Rex has reduced my Metformin to 2 pills a day and he is also taking me off the Invokana and replacing it with Jardiance due to my insurance won't pay for the invokana anymore. He was not as harsh with me about my weight which may be because I did not try to bullshit him on the reasons why. I find no reason to dance around an issue. Better to face facts and then move forward.
I spoke with him about my right arm and he is sure it's a rotary cuff issue. I will be doing these exercise for the next few months to see if that works and if not he says he will give me a shot of cortisone.
The chronic diarrhea issue is due to the Metformin apparently and so he is adding a med called Welchol. He says it will help with both my blood sugar and my diarrhea problem.
So things are looking better as far as my Diabetes goes. Now I have to work on my weight and get through this crappy eye issue.
All in all it was a great visit and I did get some great news about how much things are improving as far as my Type 2 Diabetes goes. Like always I still have some hills to get over and all that junk but I can't let it drag me down. In many ways the hard work in just beginning. As a 55 year old fat guy...everything choice I make is important to the long term stability of good health.
I feel more in control of my health than ever before and I love that!
